An Elegant Evening at Sea Cider
We had such an amazing time planning and executing our last shoot at Sea Cider that we had to do another one. This time we wanted to showcase a different side of the venue, we wanted to show that you can bring glam and sparkle into a rustic venue like this. It took a lot of hard work and we appreciate everyone involved for being such troopers throughout the process, it definitely paid off!
All of the flowers and decor was designed by Details. We picked out the beautiful blooms from local wholesalers as well as brought in some beautiful Italian imports through Monterosso Imports. We created foliage runners for the tables out of eucalyptus and filled out the rest of the space with arrangements and hanging blooms. The vintage gold chandelier was perfect for this theme of glamour meets nature and we love that Sea Cider offers large open doors, wide window sills and anything else you need to elevate your decor. The bridal bouquet featured vibrant colors mixed in with an array of soft foliage. The heartiness of the pink mink and pin cushion protea provided a beautiful contrast to the delicate ranunculus and soft sweet peas. We finished the bouquet off by wrapping it in a gold sequin ribbon.
The video that Breanna of Evergreen and Bound Films came up with is beautiful and offers a few tips and words of wisdom from yours truly. We haven't even told you the best part about this shoot....our couple got engaged a few weeks after! Playing the part really inspired our groom to pop the question and we couldn't be happier for them!
